Senate Bill No. 118--A Bill to amend and reenact §17A-3-14 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Division of Motor Vehicles to issue special license plates; authorizing issuance of a special I Support Veterans license plate; authorizing issuance of a special next-of-kin of a law-enforcement officer killed in the line of duty license plate; and establishing fees.
